冷庫

功能及應用領域

冷庫，利用降溫設施創造適宜的濕度和低溫條件的倉庫，是加工、貯存產品的場所。能擺脫氣候的影響，延長各種產品的貯存期限，以調節市場供應。冷庫主要用作對食品、乳制品、肉類、水產、禽類、果蔬、冷飲、花卉、綠植、茶葉、藥品、化工原料、電子儀表儀器等的恒溫貯藏。

2.冷庫結構

科美斯組合式冷庫（板），主要采用聚胺脂發泡保溫材料，可根據不同的需要選用板面材料，經壓模固定高壓發泡整體發泡而成，密度保證在43kg/m3以上，以保證良好的隔冷保溫效果，是目前保溫效果較好的節能產品。

（1）多種冷庫板厚度選擇

科美斯冷庫板更優于傳統型冷庫板的標準限制。可根據客戶需要訂制任意規格的冷庫，冷庫板聚胺脂百度可按適用溫度選擇適當的厚度的庫板，以達到更合理的投資。

（3）鎖扣 Fastener

優點：安裝方便，結構堅固，設計合理冷庫采用（組合）裝配式，以預埋鋼制偏心拉力鎖鉤堅固的拼接方法，庫體轉角位置整體成型角板，門框內藏式電熱絲防結露裝置，庫板對接吻合，整體實用美觀。

（5）冷凝器

冷媒冷卻有以下三種冷凝系統可供選擇：

風冷冷凝器：結構簡單，可輕松組裝，合適小型系統。

水冷冷凝器：低成本，高效率，便于安裝，適合大部分地區氣候。

蒸發冷凝器：干燥氣候、水源稀少地區的最佳系統。
